Appeal to the IESG (pending)

This appeal will concern the reading of the WG/IANAPLAN Charter by the WG and its Chairs, and the need for the IESG to disambiguate it.

Two mailing lists are of interest:

0net.org Mailing list Open debate on the Governance of a neutral Internet having a 0net impact on the interconnected uses and technologies.

This section concerns the working documentation that is of use for the IUWG debates.
